SIAL Fair is the largest food innovation conference with exhibitions in most important cities in the world. SIAL Shanghai this year accommodated 4,300 exhibitors from all over the world and more than 100,000 professionals.
Latin American countries like Uruguay, Peru, Chile, Brazil, Mexico, Bolivia, Argentina and Spain from Europe took a huge part of the fair in multiple pavilions showcasing meat, fruit, coffee, water, wine, lactose products, and technology specifically for the food industry.
