KC is a retired tax partner of a Big-4 accounting firm and has over 37 years of specialized tax service experience, acquired when working in the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department and public practice.

He received his Bachelor’s degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master’s degree from the University of New South Wales, and is a qualified accountant of CPA Australia, ACCA and HKICPA.

Over the years, KC has developed extensive knowledge with respect to Hong Kong, China and US taxation systems.  His focus is on international tax planning and tax structuring work. He has provided tax and business consultation to many multinational companies investing in Hong Kong and the PRC, as well as Hong Kong and PRC companies making outbound investments to other countries, including formulating expansion strategies, setting up and structuring their operations, merger and acquisition, etc.  He is highly experienced and well known for his successful track record in handling disputes and negotiating with tax authorities.  He has also helped Hong Kong and PRC companies to list their shares on the Hong Kong and US stock exchanges.
